Marsala Burgers



With the rich flavor of Marsala wine and Parmesan cheese, these Marsala burgers are a tasty take on regular burgers. They taste great, are juicy, and are great for grilling season!

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/4 cup Marsala wine
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Optional toppings: sliced cheese, lettuce, tomato, red onion, mayonnaise

Instructions:

Ground beef, Marsala wine, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper should all be mixed together in a large bowl

Mix everything together well

Cut the mixture into four equal parts and use your hands to form them into burger patties

Warm up the grill or grill pan over medium-low heat

Put the burger patties on the grill and cook them for four to five minutes on each side, or until they're done the way you like them

Put the hamburger buns on the grill and toast them for one minute, or until they get a little brown

Put the burgers together by putting each patty on a toasted bun and topping it with whatever you like

Enjoy while hot!
